Concentration

The origin of concentration problems is a lack of self-awareness. The person is not sufficiently aware of his existence. They are not sufficiently aware of their own body. Either he/she will try to put himself or herself forward to fill the void, but will lose the ability to listen to the other person or to the situation, or he/she will feel devalued in relation to the task at hand and will feel unable to succeed.
It is the balance between the feeling of oneself and the environment that will be necessary to put in place. To do this, the individual will have to be freed of everything that caused the loss of the feeling of his/her existence (genealogical memories, previous lives, experiences). These will often be memories of rejection. He will then be able to love himself much more easily and take into account the other and himself at the same time.
