Real serenity is achieved when the individual has assimilated his own Love and recognition for himself from his Real Identity. At that moment, one's mind, emotion and body are touched by peace. The sensation is also physical.
The human being seeks outside himself what he must develop inside. As long as he seeks protection from someone (substitute for the father and/or mother), he reproduces the patterns of lack experienced in the past with his parents and transmitted by them through heredity.
Freedom cannot be assimilated in him if he does not free himself from the nourishment of his parental figures (without opposing them) and if he does not replace it by his real Identity. Cf.
