ARTICLE 1 : OBJECT

1.2 - In order to place an order on the Site, the Customer must have created a Customer account and have accepted the present General Sales Conditions.
1.3 - The books purchased on the Site are only intended for private use. Any reproduction, representation or collective public use is prohibited and exposes its author to prosecution under the provisions of the intellectual property code and copyright.

ARTICLE 2 : AVAILABILITY / MODIFICATION OF THE OFFER
2.1 - The order of books is accessible by the Customer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and all year round, except in cases of force majeure or maintenance periods.
2.2 - The order is however conditioned by the availability of the books in stock.
2.3 - Editions de l'Etre intégral reserves the right to make any changes and improvements to its offer that it deems essential or useful, and, without prior notice or compensation, to temporarily suspend or definitively stop the publication of a book if this necessity arises.

ARTICLE 3: PRICES
3.1 - The prices indicated on the Site are in Euros, including all taxes (VAT + other taxes) and excluding processing and shipping costs.
3.2 - Les Editions de l'Etre intégral reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is validated.
3.3 - The products remain the property of Editions de l'Etre Intégral until full payment of the invoiced amount. The Customer is responsible for the risks of loss or damage to the products ordered at the time he/she takes physical possession of them or through a third party requested by him/her.
3.4 - The sale of works offered on this site is exclusively intended for private individuals.
Professionals can contact Editions de l'Etre Intégral at an e-mail address and/or a telephone line specially reserved for their use, the details of which will have been provided to them beforehand by direct contact, by e-mail or any other means of communication at our disposal.
3.5 - For any order to a country other than metropolitan France, DOM-TOM or the European Union, the Customer is the importer of the products concerned. For all books shipped outside the European Union and DOM-TOM, the price will be calculated excluding taxes automatically on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights and sums are not the responsibility of Editions de l'Etre intégral. They will be charged to the Customer and are his entire responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities/organizations in his country. The Customer is advised to inquire about these aspects with the competent authorities.

Shipping costs
3.6 - Editions de l'Etre intégral offers to cover the cost of packaging for all orders, regardless of the destination of the package in France or abroad.
3.7 - Shipping costs are free of charge for all France and all countries (for French books only), except for possible shipping fees or customs fees which will be charged to the Customer (check with the competent authorities of the country concerned - for English books only).

ARTICLE 4 : ORDERING
4.1 - By clicking on the title or the visual of a book, the Customer accesses its presentation page on which the purchase is proposed.
4.2 - By clicking on "Add to cart", the Customer can place the book(s) of his choice in a shopping cart.
4.3 - He can, at any time, view his basket, delete one (or more) book(s) from his basket and validate his order. As long as the customer's account is connected, the basket is kept.
4.4 - After having clicked on "Order", transmitted and validated the delivery address, a summary of all the choices and the total price of the order is then presented to the Customer.
4.5 - To finalize the order, the Customer must then expressly accept the general terms and conditions of sale by checking the box linked to the following text: "I accept the terms and conditions of use and I will respect them unconditionally." (Read the terms of use.)
4.6 - The Customer then validates his order by clicking on the payment method by credit card, the only possible payment method on the Editions de l'Etre intégral website.
4.7 - For each order, an invoice is issued to the address indicated by the Customer. A copy will be sent to the Customer by e-mail as soon as the order is accepted by Editions de l'Etre Intégral. A second copy will be enclosed with the book(s) in the packaging.
4.8 - The Customer may cancel the order until payment has been confirmed.

ARTICLE 5 : PAYMENT
5.1 - All payments made on the Editions de l'Etre intégral website are made exclusively in cash.
5.2 - Payment for books ordered is made exclusively online by credit card.
5.3 - Credit cards accepted: CB, Visa, Mastercard/Eurocard.

5.4 - The Customer accesses a secure page where he/she must communicate his/her bank details, telephone number (cell phone), e-mail address and postal address so that his/her order can be completed. These details will not be transmitted to other commercial companies. They will only be kept for the purpose of improving commercial communication with the Customer in case of a request for details concerning an article, his order or his delivery by the Customer, or to settle a possible dispute or to inform the Customer of the publication of new books or commercial operations.
Security of payments
5.5 - The security of payment transactions is ensured by the SP Plus PRO encryption process of the Caisse d'Epargne. This technology encrypts all data exchanged between two computers connected to the Internet. During a payment transaction, SP Plus PRO encrypts the bank card number, the expiration date of the card and the cryptogram entered on the buyer's keyboard before it is sent to the telepayment system. The Customer's cell phone number is requested in order to send him a personal code number by SMS, which can be used only once, in order to finalize the validation of the order, in complete security for both the Customer and Editions de l'Etre intégral. Bank details are not kept. This means that the information related to the order and the Customer's credit card number do not circulate in clear text on the Internet. Thus, no one has access either in a computerized way, or in a printed way to the bank card details of the buyers.
5.6 - After the validation of the payment, the Customer receives on the e-mail address that he will have indicated at the time of his registration, a confirmation that his order was well taken into account. With the forwarding of its order (forwarding announced by email as of the day of the sending of its purchase), the corresponding invoice will be transmitted by email to the Customer. He will be able to print the page where the order confirmation screen appears. He is invited to note his order number which will be requested in case of complaint.
